The Telephone Carrier Certification Organization (ETOC) sponsored the "8th Seminar for Telecommunications Carriers," which was held online on Friday, September 26, 2025.

The seminar featured discussions and explanations on the current state of discussion regarding the Telecommunications Number System, practical points regarding certification application and change procedures, on-site points to note such as forwarding services and identity verification obligations, and issues and system responses to new telephone services utilizing cloud technology, and was attended by many telecommunications operators.

ETOC will continue to take a proactive approach to promoting compliance with industry regulations and developing a healthy market.
