The Telephone Operator Certification Organization (ETOC) has begun accepting applications for its second round of audits. ETOC was established on October 1, 2024, with the aim of promoting the sound development of Japan's telephone market.

■ Application process
Applicant: Apply using this form (by April 8, 2025)
ETOC: Invoice for examination fee will be sent by email
Applicant: Pay the screening fee to ETOC (payment must be made by April 8, 2025)
ETOC: After confirming payment, we will send out application forms for review and carry out the review.
ETOC: Notification of review results (end of May)
