Exhibiting at the Exhibition Demo & Conference 2024 in Tokyo
The Telephone Service Certification Organization (ETOC) will be exhibiting at the "Call Center/CRM Demo & Conference 2024 in Tokyo (25th)," which will be held at the Sunshine City Bunka Kaikan Building (Ikebukuro, Tokyo) for two days from November 21, 2024. Additionally, on November 21, we held a seminar with the cooperation of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications and the National Police Agency.
ETOC's certification system screens inappropriate operators based on criteria such as service quality, security measures, and compliance, aiming to increase transparency and reliability throughout the telephone number supply chain and contribute to the eradication of specialized fraud.
