Is the unit of certification a service or a business?

The criteria are the same. The participating organization to which you apply will confirm the criteria.
What actions are expected to be taken by telecommunications carriers?

Is it possible to know if a business partner's certification has been revoked?
ETOC will promptly notify all certified carriers if a carrier is cancelled (deleted).All registered businesses will be listed on the ETOC website.
How will you inform and ensure that businesses that are not members of trade associations are fully aware of the policy?

Will the reasons for passing or failing the certification audit be disclosed?
